New incoming emails are first handled by Orion. Actions execute automatically when Orion is certain.

Routing

Orion routes emails to the proper agent or team. He applies categories, forwards or moves the email to the desired folder.

Auto answering

When Orion is very certain, he replies your customer automatically using a pre-configured template for the type of question.

Ticket deflection

When multiple answers are possible, Orion replies the top 3 most relevant answers. Your customer can always indicate additional help is required.

Which versions of Outlook are supported?

The Orion add-in for Outlook is supported on Exchange 2013 and newer, including support for Office 365.

What about languages?

We currently support 22 languages out-of-the-box! Click here for the full list.

What effort is required at my end?

Hardly any. Orion behaves as an agent in your Outlook. Its suggestions are offered to other agents from within the Orion add-in for Outlook. We take care of training the AI model with the proper data and initial configuration.

Can you help me drafting a business case?

For sure! We're with you all the way. We have the industry experience to estimate your operational gains.

Can we enrich emails with custom information?

Yes! Orion supports API hooks to retrieve information such as delivery date, amount due, ... from your ERP systems. That information is then substituted in the email answer template.

Are we able to add attachments?

Absolutely. Answer templates both support text and optionally attachments. When your agent clicks 'choose answer' the attachments are added to the reply email.
